ERIKA BRICE
A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Erika has served in a number of civic and community service organizations and is a Trustee for the Kansas City Public Employee’s Retirement System (KCPERS). Enacted by the City Council, KCPERS strives to provide retirement and survivor income in the most efficient manner possible. Financing of these systems is provided from employee contributions, investment earnings and City contributions.
Erika has spent the majority of her career in commercial real estate finance with an emphasis on public/private partnerships and capital structures. In 2021 she joined the Kresge Foundation , Social Investment Practice. As a Social Investment Officer Erika partners with Kresge’s national programs to source, structure, and close program-related investments (PRI’s) and guarantees to advance Kresge’s strategic objectives. In addition to investments Erika also works to advocate for and implement policies and structural changes that advance equity in American communities.
Erika is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and a graduate of Howard University.
